$195 per session
Intensive
Why this might be for you:
EMDR Intensives are tailored for individuals who want faster relief from trauma or emotional distress. With a single-focus, immersive treatment, you’ll work through a specific therapeutic goal over a few days, allowing for significant healing in a condensed period.
Best for:
Those who have struggled to find relief from symptoms with traditional weekly sessions.
Individuals with limited time who need more immediate or urgent support.
Those seeking therapeutic healing at an accelerated pace, without committing to long-term treatment.
Duration:
1-3 full days (9:30am - 4:30pm)
Costs:
Initial 90 min assessment and workbook review: $450, then $1,500/intensive day

Our services are tax-exempt in the province of Ontario.
Payment is accepted via E-transfer, cash, cheque, or credit card, and a receipt will be issued via email at the end of each session. Professional services provided outside of appointments such as letter or report writing, or extended phone consultations, are prorated.
Healthcare coverage
Although counselling and psychotherapy services are not covered under OHIP, your therapy sessions may be partially or fully covered through extended health care benefits or your health spending account under professional services rendered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please check with your insurance provider about your coverage eligibility.
If you do not have extended health benefits, Social Work services may be claimed as a medical expense for income tax purposes. More information can be found on the Canada Revenue Agency website.
